Holy Stone After-sales Policies And Procedures For Wholesale Orders
Our warranty for wholesale order is within 30 days after the customer receiving the drones.
If the drone is damaged or fly lost due to improper operation of the customer, it is not covered by our warranty.
As for after-sales service, the after-sales process of wholesale orders as below.
If your customer receives a drone and finds a issue with it and contact you, you should first respond to the customer to confirm some questions and ask them to provide relevant pictures and videos for analysis.
I can send you the Troubleshooting for several drone models that you've purchased, you can find the corresponding template in the Troubleshooting to respond to customers and let customers answer the questions in Troubleshooting and provide pictures and videos.
When the customer replies to your question and provides relevant pictures and videos, you can contact me and forward the customer's reply, pictures and videos to me, and I will send them to our product department for analysis.
In this way, we can analyze the issue and give after-sale solutions ASAP.
When the issue with drones is confirmed, we will tell you the solution.
1. We will teach you how to operate correctly if it is because of the customer's operation error. For example, if the
customer does not know how to operate, we will send the related guidance video to the customer for reference.
2. If there is a quality issue with the accessories, such as the issue of remote controller, please send us the
related picture and video about it. After we confirm there is a quality issue with the remote control, you can take a new remote controller from your inventory and send it to the customer first. We will send you a new remote control together with your next order.
3. If there is a quality issue with the drone itself (pictures and videos need to be sent for our confirmation).
After we confirm that it is really a quality issue, you can send a new drone to customer first, we will send you a
replacement drone together with your next order.
4. If the drone is damaged or fly lost due to improper operation of the customer, it is not covered by our warranty.
Remarks: The defect rate of our drones is generally less than 5%, and the profit of wholesale orders is very low, for each wholesale order, the maximum proportion of after-sale quantity we can guarantee is 5%. For example, if the wholesale order is 100 pieces drones, we can only send your 5 pieces new drones at most. If the wholesale order is for 40 drones, we can only send you 2 new drones. And so on. The rest of the after-sale cost need to be borne by you. Thanks for your understanding.
